We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, *we are happy to offer you a refund.
When you buy online you have additional rights as a consumer under the Distance Selling Regulations (this applies to UK and European customer only) . If you as the purchaser notify us in writing to the email address or return address below, of your wish to return an item within 7 working days of receiving, *we will refund you for the purchase price excluding delivery cost. If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund you as follow:
- If you paid by payment card, we will refund you on the payment card.
- If you paid by reward points, we will refund your reward points.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Custom made paintings are non-refundable.
